I’m a perfectionist from birth. I hate watching the little things get skipped over and I’ve been known to get loud about the little things. I have over 15 years experience leading teams with 50+ co-workers. My work roots started in the food industry at 14 years old and I found my way into management at a Hyatt Regency. I now love being behind the scenes and making sure every idea/process/solution goes perfectly.
